In addition, the model uses ratio analysis to forecast expenses and other income statement line items. Remsha's View on FB Earnings: Despite Facebook's recent data privacy issues, I remain confident in the company's long term competitive advantage of digital advertising. That being said, I do think the recent privacy concerns may moderately lower Europe's average revenue per user. However, the firm is applying AI and virtual/augmented reality technologies to its products which may increase Facebook active users, and further generate revenue growth. |
