Model Description: My model was constructed under the assumption that there will be a continuing of work-from-home employees even if the COVID-19 pandemic halts. I am relatively bullish on monthly active user increases, however, bearish on revenue per customer as I see an overall decline in discretionary income. These two pulling forces keep my broad outlook on earnings as neutral for the near future.
